At CustomAirFresheners.ie, we ship our handcrafted, custom air fresheners from Dublin, Ireland to customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and worldwide.
Processing Time
As each personalised air freshener is custom-made to order with your photo or design, please allow 2-3 business days for production before shipping. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Ireland
Delivery time: 2-4 business days after dispatch
Shipping method: Standard tracked delivery
Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched
United Kingdom
Delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Shipping method: International tracked delivery
Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched
Europe
Delivery time: 5-10 business days after dispatch
Shipping method: International tracked delivery
Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched
International (Rest of World)
Delivery time: 10-20 business days after dispatch
Shipping method: International delivery

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount - check at checkout for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Ireland and the UK, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@customairfresheners.ie within 48 hours of expected delivery (for lost items) or receipt (for damaged items). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
