Thank you for shopping with CustomAirFresheners.ie. Each item we sell is handmade and personalised. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are customised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind. Personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable.

Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, or
  • The product is incorrect (wrong design, wrong order).

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement (exchange) or a refund.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or for personalised details provided incorrectly by the customer.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Under Irish and EU consumer law, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee. This means that if your item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund.
